We are accustomed to the challenges of a summer only construction schedule for educational facilities and incorporate phased construction into our planning to meet our clients’ tight schedules. We incorporate detailed plans for maintenance of traffic for both pedestrians and vehicles to maximize safety during construction. We maintain a great database of construction costs that allows us to design our projects to the owner’s budget. We also take pride in preparing detailed utility phasing plans to minimize disruptions during construction.

We recognize the importance of coordinating throughout a project with all stakeholders, including deans, professors, design and construction departments, facilities maintenance staff, utilities, and parking operations, to satisfy the needs of all parties involved.
